Vostok Nafta’s annual report awarded prestigious design price

The Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd. annual report 2006, designed by Kazakoff Design AB has received one of the most sought-after design awards worldwide: the “red dot” for its outstanding design. This quality label for sophisticated and innovative design is awarded annually in the international design competition “the red dot design award”. This year a jury consisting of 18 international design experts had to assess the design quality of 6,112 entries from 42 nations in the red dot award: communication design.

In total 471 entries received a “red dot” and only 56 received the “red dot: best of the best” for highest design achievements. With this special distinction the Vostok Nafta Investment Ltd. annual report 2006 is also automatically nominated for the “red dot: grand prix” honorary prize, which is awarded to the best work in each category.

The grand prix winners will be announced at the festive awards presentation in the gala hall of the “Casino Zollverein” in Essen, Germany, on December 9, 2009. All award-winning works will be presented to the public through an exhibition at the red dot design museum in Essen, Germany, from December 10, 2009 to January 10, 2010.
