Trading in Depository Receipts representing shares in Vostok Nafta
is expected to commence on or about July 4, 2007 on the Stockholm
Stock Exchange (OMX Nordic Exchange) with the trading symbol VNIL.
The ISIN code for the Depository Receipts is SE0002056721. The round lot
has been proposed to be 200 depository receipts.

warrants are fully subscribed by existing shareholders the ownership structure
